This months Q Magazine includes the 100 albums of the century as nominated by a host of musicians, Authors, comedians, politicians, DJ’s and Actors.
Republic of Loose’ ‘Aaagh!’ has been nominated by Author Irvine Welsh.
The Trainspotting author went on to say – “It’s a great, fun, party album. They’re a party band – there’s loads of them onstage. It’s got one of the greatest songs of all time in Comeback Girl and one of the most fantastically twisted love songs in The Idiots”
Q magazine added “Ruminations on semen and sodomy…”

    I’m a big fan of Republic of Loose and have missed goin to their gigs since I moved to Melbourne..Its definately one of the best albums I’ve ever heard and every album after it has been awesome!!

    Any chance ye’ll be comin to Oz soon?

    Yea, the idiots is one of my favorite loose songs. It’s like three great toni braxton songs all in one.
